  Situated in a summer resort, the hotel has easy access to 10 km of beach, the modern tourist harbour, and the mountains of Maiella and Gransasso with their renowned national parks. The hotel lies in the tourist and commercial centre of Pescara, 250 m from the railway station, and 300 m from the beach. Sights such as the Modern Art Museum (350 m), the Sea Museum (1.5 km), the Art Gallery (1.5 km) and the Historical Abruzzo Museum (1 km) are all in the near vicinity. The hotel is well connected to the A14 and A25 motorways and the local airport is 4 km from the hotel.The air-conditioned guest rooms provide guests with all the comforts.
