  This complex is situated on the well-known Avenida de Tirajana, close to the shopping centre of Playa Ingles. The centre of the resort and its countless shopping and entertainment options as well as the diverse nightlife venues lie within 500 metres of the grounds. Public transport departs from a stop approximately 200 metres away whilst the beach is about 1.5 km from the hotel. It is 30 km to the airport.Both the apartments and bungalows comprise of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a kitchenette with a fridge and a balcony/terrace. Further facilities include a direct dial telephone, a safe, individually regulated central heating and satellite/ cable TV.

  The outside complex offers guests a swimming pool with a poolside bar, a Jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols. For an additional fee, guests are invited to play pool and tennis. The hotel organises a seasonal entertainment programme.

  Opened in 1980, the complex was completely renovated in 1989. There are a total of 150 accommodation options, of which 93 are apartments housed in a 5-storey complex and 57 are bungalows situated towards the rear of the grounds. The complex offers guests a reception desk, a bar, a small supermarket, a lift, a TV room and restaurant. There is a playground for children as well as a kids' club (for 5 to 12 year olds). In addition, the complex has its own car park.
