Located right by the Caribbean Sea, this hotel features 9 hectares of grounds and is located around 16 km east of the centre of Ocho Rios. The Botanical Gardens, Dunn's River Falls as well as Dolphin Cove are within 25 minutes of the hotel by car. The Boscobel Aerodom, close to Montego Bay, is easily reached with Air Jamaica Express in around 5 minutes and takes around 2 hours by car.All the attractive rooms and suites feature a sea view and either include a king-size bed or 2 double beds. The private bathroom includes a bath and shower, cosmetics and a hairdryer. The rooms include individually regulated air conditioning, an alarm clock radio, a hire safe, ironing equipment, a coffee machine, a telephone, a small fridge as well as a balcony or a terrace. Most of the rooms include a large fold-out couch and can accommodate one pull-out bed. There is a maximum occupancy of 5 persons per room. Some rooms have a maximum occupancy of four persons and a few rooms have a maximum occupancy of two persons.

Bike tours, diving courses, aerobics/aqua aerobic lessons and massages can be arranged by hotel staff. Fitness enthusiasts may take advantage of the tennis, table tennis, volleyball, beach volleyball, billiards and basketball. Sandals Golf and the Country Club golf courses are located close to the hotel. The cost of transport to the golf course as well as the green fees are inclusive.
