The hotel is located on the shore of the 11 km long white sandy beach of Long Bay in Negril. The complex covers about 8 hectares of lushly wooded landscape, with about 5 hectares of beach and some 3 hectares of gardens. The hotel beach is over 400 m in length and offers sweeping views over the Caribbean Sea. Restaurants, bars, pubs, and shops can all be found in the near vicinity as well as within the hotel complex. It is about one hour to Mayfield, and two hours to Black River, while Sangster International Airport at Montego Bay lies approximately 80 km away with a transfer time of some two hours.The rooms are situated on the first, second, and third floors and all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, 25-inch satellite/ cable TV, a clock radio, and a double or king-size bed. A balcony or a small patio are also provided. In addition, a coffee machine, a safe, a ceiling fan, and individually adjustable air conditioning are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
