This hotel is situated in the centre of St. Vlas. The town is famous for its unique combination of mountains and sea. This holiday resort is located in the foothills of the Stara Planina mountains, right by the Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea. St. Vlas is a stunning holiday resort to relax and enjoy the fresh air, the whole year round. Close to the hotel guests will find an open amphitheatre, where shows and entertainment programmes are held. On the coast of St. Vlas, guests will also find a long marina, which is being built and will be finished in 2007. Along the marina, guests will find a lively promenade with bars, restaurants, clubs, and shops, turning the area into a lively entertainment centre. The beach is only around 250 m away and the nearest airport is approximately 33 km from the hotel.Measuring 65 m², the apartments have been carefully decorated and furnished for up to 4 people. Guests are also offered a double or twin bedroom and a sofa for 2 persons in the lounge as well as an en suite bathroom. The studios additionally offer a kitchenette with an eating area, a fridge, an oven, microwave oven, and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, a radio, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, cable TV, ironing facilities and a balcony or terrace are also available. All the apartments overlook the pool area. Most of the apartments on the upper floors enjoy a stunning view of the gulf of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Room service is available on a daily basis and the linens are changed twice a week. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.

Guests arriving by car should first drive to Sunny Beach. Here, take the only road to St. Vlas and on arrival drive down the main street. On the right hand side, guests will see a sign for Kambani, where you should take a right. The hotel is approximately a 1-minute drive away from here. This hotel is located on the right-hand side.
