The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Keppel train station, a 15-minute drive from the Singapore Cruise Centre and a 20-minute drive from Changi International Airport.All guestrooms offer a full range of modern amenities including a television with remote control, individually adjustable air conditioning with thermostat control, a writing desk with basic writing materials provided, an international direct dial telephone and an en suite shower room. This four-storey city hotel forms part of Singapore's conservation plans to preserve the old world charm that still exists amid the rapidly changing skyline of modern Singapore. The façade of the hotel, which is typical to old Chinatown, is well preserved and complements the contemporary decor inside the building, complete with lift access. It comprises a total of 42 rooms. Facilities include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and a laundry service (charges apply). Located at the lobby level is the Business Centre, which offers telefax, photocopying and secretarial services, and a vending machine providing hot and cold beverages. Though the hotel does not have a restaurant, there is a breakfast corner where guests can help themselves to coffee, tea, juice and toast.
