Up to 1st October 2007 until 31st March 2008 opening hours change: it opens from 7:30 am till 9 pm from Monday until Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays opens from 8 am until 12 am and from 2 pm until 6 pm. If you arrive out of these opening hours: please phone the hotel and it will give you the code to enter the hotel and other one to take the key in a safe.

Travelling from Narbonne on the A61, guests should take exit 24 Carcassonne Est. And then take the road in the direction of Limoux. At the Charlemagne roundabout drive in the Centre Ville, Camping de la Cité direction. The residence is on the left after 800 m (the building is grey/beige/brown). If travelling from Toulouse on the A61, take exit 23 Carcassonne Ouest. Take the direction Centre Hospitalier. After the hospital guests will arrive at the Charlemagne roundabout. At the Charlemagne roundabout drive in the Centre Ville, Camping de la Cité direction. The residence is on the left after 800 m (the building is grey/beige/brown).
