This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés within 200 m of shopping areas filled with boutiques, bars and restaurants. The sprawling sandy beach lies just 800 m from the hotel and public transport departs from a stop directly in front of the hotel.The spacious rooms comprise of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a balcony. Each comes fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a stereo system, a minibar and manually controllable air conditioning.

The holiday hotel offers use of its swimming pool with integrated children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and pool/ snack bar with partly covered terrace. On the roof of the hotel is a nudist sun terrace, which is also furnished with sun loungers and parasols. In-house sporting facilities include a gym with a sauna and a massage service (additional fee applies). It is also possible to play table tennis or to play billiards (there is an extra charge for the latter). The hotel puts on a regular entertainment programme with shows, dancing and live music (season-dependent). There is a golf course about 3 km away.
