Lido beach is a similar distance away.The room's décor is entirely in Venetian style and the furniture is all traditionally varnished. The building dates back to the beginning of the 16th century. In 1853, it underwent a major renovation by the famous architect, Fuin. In designing the façade, he took inspiration from the Procuratie Vecchie of Piazza San Marco. The result is amazingly elegant and stylish. With its balance of marble and iron, it retains the charm of the Liberty style. On the fifth floor, the guests can take advantage of a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view of the city, the basin and the San Marco basilica. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities, lift access and dining facilities.

From Marco Polo airport, take the ALILAGUNA Company public boat that departs for San Marco every hour. To get to the hotel from the boat landing, walk to the left, turn right onto Calle Vallaresso and follow it to its end (it's about a 100 meter walk). To get to the hotel from the Piazza Le Roma and Tronchetto parking areas, take the n° 1 or n° 82 public boats. The closest stop is n° 15, San Marco. From the stop, follow Calle Vallaresso to its end (about a 100 meter walk). To get to the hotel from the Venezia S. Lucia train station, take the n° 1 or n° 82 public boats.
