It is nestled within the larger Sunset Crest Resort, which has a beach club, a supermarket, shopping plazas and the West Coast Community Complex that may be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. The nearest sandy beach is 15 minutes walk from the complex.The accommodation units each feature a terrace that opens onto private gardens, 2 double beds or 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with a bath and/ or shower, cots for infants (on request), a lounge/ dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine and ironing equipment, as well as a direct dial telephone and an Internet connection. It is possible to try out water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, sailing, catamaran sailing, diving and billiards whilst guests may alternatively kick back and relax on the beach where sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out. Guests may spend an afternoon at the nearby Europa Pool or at the Baku Beach Club in Holetown that lies 10 minutes walk away. Tennis courts and golf courses are to be found in the local area.
