New hotel opened in spring 2007, this hotel features 2 floors, providing a total of 28 rooms, of which three are suites and two are disability-friendly rooms. It is surrounded by the lake of Paola and is near to the crystal clear waters of the south coast of Sabaudia. The lobby includes a reception area with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. The restaurant serves outstanding food which represents the typical local gastronomical culture. For guests arriving from Rome: on the Pontina S.S. 148 (highway), exit it at the exit Borgo Bainsizza or Borgo Podgora towards Sabaudia. Drive through Latina and turn off at Sabaudia. For guests arriving from Naples: from the A1 motorway in the direction of Rome, take the Frosinone exit. Take the S.S. (highway) 156 towards Priverno. Drive past Fossanova Abbey and continue in the direction of Sabaudia.
