This attractive hotel is just a few minutes from Naama Bay, the highlight of Sharm El Sheikh. After driving through the grandiose gates of the resort, guests will find themselves entering an area designed to exist in perfect harmony with the purity of mountain and desert landscapes. The beach bungalows are on a completely separate part of the resort and are located in the Hadaba area, by the private sandy beach of resort.The rooms feature their own terrace or balcony, with a view of the pool or the stunning surrounding landscape. Facilities include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a hire safe, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, a small fridge, cots (on request) and air conditioning.

All-inclusive guests staying by the beach are offered all entertainment and sports opportunities in the resort. In addition, there are two pools, one of which is heated in the winter season as well as a separate children's pool. Hand towels, sun loungers and parasols are located by the beach. Further sport and leisure options include activities by the pool, water polo, aqua aerobics, gym aerobics, darts, table tennis, bocce, volleyball, competitions, and Friday souk and botanical tours. In addition, there is a live band, entertainment activities (bingo etc), musicals, cabaret, international mix shows and games. In the afternoons there are relaxing activities on the beach by the Kiroseiz team. Furthermore, guests are able to play beach volleyball and there is a children's tombola available once a week, with an international ambiance. In addition, the hotel offers transportation to/from the beach or Neama Bay according to the hotel shuttle bus schedule. The hotel's private beach is on a magnificent coral reef, a 15-minute drive with the hotel's shuttle bus.

All inclusive guests are offered breakfast, lunch (salad buffet and soup starters, warm dishes, dessert) and evening meals with internationally-themed cuisine, all as buffets served in the Pharon restaurant. Lunch is also available in Bella Napoli beach restaurant, with a choice of à la carte menus. During meal times guests are offered local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a glass (except freshly-squeezed juices, Turkish coffee, cappuccino and espresso). All-inclusive guests, within the dine-around concept, are offered three à la carte restaurants Chez Pascal (meat and seafood dishes), Saddle (steak menu) as well as Bella Napoli (pizza and pasta on the beach). Snack, such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, chips, etc. are available in Chez Pascal and in the Saddle Bar. Tea and coffee with homemade cakes are served in Waves bar. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as soft drinks, beer on tap, wine, spirits, cocktails, etc are served in the resort, at the poolside bar, in Chez Pascal and at Waves bar.
