The hotel is situated on Place Bellevue, a completely pedestrianised and recently paved square in the heart of Biarritz, just a short walk from the centre and commercial district of Biarritz. The hotel provides guests with direct access to beaches, restaurants and businesses in the city. It looks out over the La Grande Plage (Big Beach), the casino, and the Biarritz lighthouse, and enjoys a beautiful sea view. Dynamic by day and by night, with a casino, nightclubs, and Basque evenings in either France or Spain, Biarritz and the Basque Coast is the ideal destination for family holidays or travelling with friends. For bon viveurs or lovers of tradition there is unforgettable cuisine and fresh produce to be found in the town's market and the small restaurants at the fishing port. In the evening or the afternoon visitors can watch a game of Basque pelota, or enjoy performances by Basque choirs and dance companies on the terraces of the tapas bars. Spain is just 35 km away. There is a bus stop 30 m from the hotel, enabling easy access to different areas. Biarritz Airport is approximately 4 km from the hotel.All the rooms situated between the 1st and 4th floors enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the ocean. Recently fitted out, they have been to design an extremely high level of comfort. Some are equipped with hydro-massage showers, others with a bathtub; Some on the 3rd floor feature 20 m² balconies, offering customers private space in which to soak up the sun. All the rooms are equipped with cable television, a direct dial telephone and an en suite bathroom, as well as a safe, a dressing gown and toiletries. The building was built in 1930 and has been completely renovated in 2007, and it provides guests with lift access. It comprises 19 attractive rooms, all recently redecorated to a very high standard, which face the ocean and benefit from a panoramic view over Biarritz's famous Grande Plage. They can accommodate up to 4 persons. The reception desk in the entrance hall is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the hotel offers high-speed Internet access. The restaurant opens for midday and evening meals and features a terrace and panoramic view of the ocean. There is also a bar, with terrace and panoramic view of La Grande Plage. The municipal car park (charges apply) is just 10 m from the hotel, which is completely air-conditioned. The hotel also offers a luggage handling service and laundry service (charges apply), as well as room service (breakfast and dinner, for a small additional fee). The hotel staff are also happy to book all kinds of leisure activities for guests, including excursions, and restaurant tables. Bookings can also be made for tee times at the 7 local golf courses.
