This hotel lies atop a hillside and thus affords wonderful views out over the surrounding area. It is approximately 400 m to the nearest beach and a short distance to the centre of Agadir where a selection of bars and restaurants are to be found (around 10 minutes walk away). The modern complex is dotted with palm trees some and it is just a short 20-minute walk in the other direction to the Souk El Had (indoor market) where souvenirs may be purchases and it is possible to explore the local hangouts. The harbour is 3 km from the hotel and it is 25 km to Agadir Al Massira airport, which may be reached by car or taxi in just 18 minutes.The rooms offer bright décor and colourful walls, white floors and patterned linens. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with a bathrobe and complimentary toiletries, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a king-sized bed, a private hire safe, central heating and a sitting area. Fridges are available on request. The furnished balconies are spacious and overlook the hotel gardens, pool or sea.

Taxis are available outside of the hotel and have fixed daytime and night-time tariffs, which normally amount to 200 DHS. Hire cars with a chauffeur are available to the airport and drive to Agadir roughly every hour. The hotel lies 10 minutes walk from the centre of Agadir from when buses depart for destinations throughout Morocco.
