This spa hotel is connected to a sister hotel and lies in the heart of Portoroz, close to the beach and the sea. Portoroz and the Slovenian coastline lies on the Adriatic coast, where the Gulf of Trieste, part of the Adriatic Sea, flows into the heart of Europe.The spacious rooms consist of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Standard fittings include direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, a double bed, a hire safe, a balcony and carpeting. Air conditioning and heating are centrally regulated. There is also the possibility of having a third or fourth bed in the guestrooms.

In the outdoor complex guests will find a swimming pool with a children's pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out ready for use on the beach. Within the complex, guests will also find a thermal health spa with indoor pools and saltwater baths, a large sun terrace, a steam bath, a solarium, a sauna park, spa treatments, Thalasso therapy, a beauty salon, massages, physiotherapy and an Ayurveda centre. Sports options include banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, speed boating, diving, sailing, catamaran sailing, morning aerobics from Monday to Friday, aqua aerobics from Monday to Saturday, a gym, swimming courses, bicycle tours from Monday to Saturday in the summer, organised hikes from Monday to Saturday, yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Kinesis (some of which incur an additional fee). An activity programme keeps adults and children entertained in the summer. In addition, leisure activities such as cocktail parties, theatre evenings, jay nights and Evergreen party's are also held here. Furthermore, the hotel offers a ""Get hot and chill out"" programme in the summer.
