Follow the A9 Dual-Carriageway sign to Perth, come off at junction 11 (Broxden Roundabout) follow signs for town centre, follow the road to a roundabout at Frews Garage, through the roundabout, to the swimming baths on the right hand side, the road merges into York Place, then County Place, the Hotel is situated on the right hand side.
