  The 10-storey hotel comprises a total of 104 rooms and facilities include a reception desk, a safe, a bar and the De Hanzebeker restaurant. There are 3 conference rooms to make use of (capacity of 2 to 130 persons) with ISDN connections, video conferencing equipment, microphones, loudspeakers, a TV, a video recorder, OHPs and a DVD player. One of the conference rooms can be extended into a larger hall and the other rooms may be linked to form one large room. There is a meeting room on the ground floor and a further 2 on the 10th floor, which are ideal for receptions and banquets due to the fabulous views that may be enjoyed out over Groningen. All of the rooms feature air conditioning, ISDN connections and natural lighting as standard. Further hotel facilities include a shoe-shine service, vending and ice machines and room and laundry services. There is a car park for those arriving by car.
