This hotel lies around 220 m away from a private beach and Nabq Bay, while the airport is located around 4 km away.The spacious rooms are designed in a typical Nubian style and feature an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a safe and a minibar. Each room includes either a balcony or terrace enjoying views of the pool or gardens. The air conditioning is centrally regulated. 107 rooms are designed in a bungalow style and additionally include a lounge.

The hotel grounds feature 2 swimming pools, both with children's pools, a Bedouin tent (fees apply) along with plenty of beach attractions to choose from. Billiards are also available (fees apply), football and volleyball, 2 tennis courts, a gym, Mr Diver diving centre as well as horse and camel rides. It is also possible to rent videos or borrow books. Furthermore, an entertainment programme for guests of all ages is also organised.

The all-inclusive programme includes breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and evening meals with various themed nights served from a buffet service. The late breakfast is served by the pool bar and the lobby bar. The other meals are served in the main restaurant. It is also possible to take evening meals in Corallo Beach restaurant. Sweet and salty snacks, fresh fruit and cakes are all offered at the pool bar and the lobby bar. All-inclusive guests are offered mineral water (still and sparkling), filter coffee, Italian espresso, hot tea, cola, Fanta, Sprite, soda, tonic, ice tea (all in a glass), homemade beer (bottle or glass), wine (red, white or rosé), homemade alcoholic drinks and cocktails (all in a glass) at no extra cost. Drinks are offered during mealtimes. On arrival, guests will also receive a welcome drink (tea, juice or soft drink).
