This pleasant hotel lies along the promenade, just 50 m from the local fine sand beach. It is just a stone's throw to links to the public transport and the centre of Pomorie with its pedestrianised zone and abundance of restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping and entertainment venues is a mere 800 m away. The resort town lies on a narrow rocky peninsula that juts 3.5 km out into the sea and it is some 18 km to the centre of Sunny Beach whilst Burgas is 20 km away. The hotel affords a unique form, having been built over the sea, and is one of the landmarks of the resort of Pomorie.Each of the pleasant rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional fee), a hi-fi stereo system, a fridge (on request and on payment of an added charge), a double bed, a sitting area and a balcony or terrace.

Water sports such as pedalo boating, water skiing and surfing may be tried out on the beach.
