This city hotel is conveniently situated at the end of the famous Ramblas, not far from Plaça Cataluña. It is located in the cultural, historical and tourist centre of the city and is the ideal place from which to explore Barcelona. The most important sights such as Paseo de Gracia, Museo Picasso, Museo Macba, Liceu Oper, the Boqueria market, Marina Olimpic, the Gothic quarter and Sagrada Familia cathedral may be reached easily on foot. The airport is some 13 km away, whereas guests will find shopping facilities directly in front of the hotel.The modern, comfortably furnished rooms are completely soundproofed for a peaceful stay. From Barcelona airport it is a 25-minute taxi ride to the hotel. The Aerobus departs for Plaça Cataluña (50 m from hotel) every 12 minutes from the airport. By car: take the motorway in a southerly direction towards the city centre and follow signs to Las Ramblas. A 15-minute ride on the metro system connects the hotel with the centre of Barcelona. The nearest metro station is Plaça Cataluña where guests will find several bus stops. Guests may also ask the hotel to book a black and yellow taxi.
