This hotel complex is situated in the northeast of the island of Koh Samui only a steps from Choeng Mon Beach with its extended quiet bay. The small tourist and fishing resort of Bophut is only 500 metres from this hotel. The shopping and entertainment centre of Chaweng Beach is around a 10-minute drive away. There is a stop for public transport just in front of the hotel. Transfer to Koh Samui airport takes about 10 minutes (roughly 3 km).Decorated in a Thai style, the villas come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a DVD player, a minibar/fridge and a hire safe. Air conditioning is individually regulated. Tea and coffee making facilities also feature within the villas. All lodgings also have a balcony or terrace. The majority of the gardens include a swimming pool.

Newly opened in 2002, the holiday complex comprises 69 villas. The main building offers a 24-hour reception service, a cloakroom, a currency exchange counter and a safe. Further facilities include a souvenir shop, a bookshop and Internet access. Conferences and events can also be catered for. A selection of national and international drinks and dishes may be enjoyed in the hotel bar and in the restaurant, which offers highchairs for children and a non-smoking area. Guests may make use of the laundry service and room service, whilst those arriving by car can park in the hotel's own spaces.
