This debonair hotel is located directly in St. Lucia's romantic harbour, near to the San Carlo Opera House. The hotel is a popular post-opera meeting point due to its fantastically dreamlike backdrop. From the hotel guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Castel del' Ovo, Vesuvius and the sea. The hotel was built in 1906 and renovated in 1999 and consists of a 6 storey main building with a total of 94 rooms of which 6 are singles, 47 are doubles and 17 are suites. The building is designed in classical style with sumptuous chandeliers, paintings, pillars and elaborate floor without appearing over done. The hotel has a lobby with a reception. In the hotel there is a bar, a pub and a popular restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Car parking facilities are available in the hotel's garage.
