This upmarket hotel is located directly on the inviting beach of Bayahibe and just 800 m from the fishing area of Bayahibe. A regular hotel bus service runs between the closest town La Romana and the artists' village of Altos de Chavon (around 18 km away), with its diverse shopping facilities.The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, an a minibar/fridge (filled daily with soft drinks and beer (included in the price)), a coffee machine, air conditioning, a hire safe and a terrace or balcony (some with part views over the sea). Sports enthusiasts may like to try out aerobics, water aerobics, water skiing, banana boating, windsurfing, diving lessons in the pool, kayaking, tennis (4 sand courts are offered, 2 are floodlit), pedalo rides, canoeing, catamaran, beach-volleyball, bocce, riding, archery, road/ mountain biking or make use of the in house gym (some activities include additional charges). A daily seasonal entertainment programme with events both during the day and evening is provided for some variety. Furthermore, the hotel offers and Explorer Club for children between 4 and 12 with animation activities and child care. The nearest golf course is about 22 km away and can comfortably be reached with the shuttle bus that runs from the hotel.
