These apartments are situated around 100 m from the beach of Playa de Xeraco and about 3 km from Playa de Gandía with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops, etc and 5 km from the town of Gandía.All the apartments are fully equipped with an en suite bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, living room with a sofa bed and balcony and all of them have linen, cooking utensils and small towels. The 3-bed rooms also have a toilet.

Key collection at Espatur office: Avda. dels Borrons, 44 - Urbanización Los Lirios - Playa de Xeraco from 5pm to 8pm. It is not possible to pick up keys after 8pm so guests arriving later have to wait till 9am the following day. A deposit of around 150 EUR is required on arrival and refunded on the last day after checking out of the apartment. During high season, the property can ask for a deposit of up to around 300-600 EUR. During Easter period the property will not accept any booking from guests under 30 years old. Check out will be at 9am. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, linen and small towels.
