The hotel is situated in Tigaki, across the street from a shallow sandy beach. It is approximately 1.6 km to the centre of Tigaki, the capital Kos is 9 km away, and the airport 20 km.Double rooms and two types of family rooms are available. The modern rooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a mini fridge, a safe, and a balcony or a terrace.

Sports activities include table tennis (for an added charge), pool and table football. The entertainment team organises many games throughout the day and shows in the evening.
