  This apartment complex is the perfect place from which to explore the centre of Florida. There is a good range of restaurants and shops in the direct vicinity of the complex and a 10-minute drive in one direction will take guests to the Disney Theme park, whereas Universal Studios lie 15-minutes away in the other direction. It is a mere 1-hour drive to the east and west coasts respectively.

  The complex offers guests a wide range of facilities including 24 h check-in, lifts and a café. Parking facilities are offered.

  One large family or 2 families may be accommodated in one of the large, fully fitted apartments, offering excellent value and a significantly lower price than for 2 hotel rooms. The units receive a full cleaning every 8th day. This includes general cleaning, garbage emptied an a change of sheets and towels. 2 and 3 bedroom units have a washer and dryer. 1 bedroom units do not and therefore guests in 1 bedroom units can request clean sheets and towels daily at no cost. Guest can request a full-cleaning anytime for the following fees: 1 bedroom unit 35 USD, 2 bedroom unit 50 USD and 3 bedroom unit 75 USD. These fees are approximate. Cancellation policy: reservations not cancelled within 14 days of travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. There is also no refund for early check-out.
