The unique combination of typical Cretan architecture a, luxury facilities and a peaceful location all distinguish this hotel. It lies around 30 km east of Heraklion airport, right by a beautiful sandy beach. A selection of shops, taverns and bars are to be found in the vicinity. The centre of Stalis and links to the public transport network are around 500 m away.The comfortable standard rooms for 2-3 persons lie in the main building and in the bungalows in the middle of the pretty garden or along the sea front. All the rooms feature a marble bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV with a music channel. They additionally include a fridge, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace with a garden or sea view. In the slightly larger junior suites there is additionally a combined lounge/bedroom. The suites offer the same furnishings as the junior suites, however they also include a separate lounge/bedroom. On arrival, guests staying in the junior suites and suites receive a bottle of wine, water and fruit. The bathrooms include a bathrobe, slippers and beach towels. The family rooms for 3-4 persons are like the standard rooms, but are larger or are equipped with a separate bathroom and lounge with sleeping options for 2-4 persons.

Further leisure facilities in the large glass atrium include an indoor heated swimming pool. The hotel also offers Taverne Kriti beach bar as well as a typical beer garden. In the Alexander spa area, guests are able to book a spa packet. It also includes 2 tennis courts as well as a gym. Renovated in 2000 and situated amongst colourful, sub-tropical gardens, this hotel comprises a 2-storey main building and several 2 or 3-storey bungalows offering 310 rooms of which 232 are bungalows. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and offers use of a foyer, comfortable lounged with fireplaces, bars, an Internet café, a restaurant with non-smoking area, shops, a small supermarket, a jewellers, a bridge and games room, a TV room and a nightclub.
