The complex is located in the municipality of Santa Brígida, 2 km away from the town centre. It is set within a 40,000 m² estate in which there are currently two independent rural houses. Both houses have been renovated and remain examples of typical Canary Island architecture. The hotel is situated in a convenient location and can be easily accessed from the main road.The rooms all have an en suite bathroom with shower and feature a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, radio, hi-fi system and Internet access. They also offer a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and a tea/coffee maker. A double bed, individually adjustable heating and a terrace also come as standard.

The estate can be reached via the new GC-4 central main road. At the Tafira roundabout, continue along the GC-811 road. After the La Atalaya crossroads by the old 12 kilometre marker at the foot of a eucalyptus tree, take the right hand turn and drive down the hill to a large wooden door on the left, with No. 25 etched on stone. This is the entrance to the estate.
