The hotel is located in the Adlershof district of Berlin directly adjacent to the campus of the Humboldt University in the newly built technology and media centre of the German capital. It is about 1 km to the centre of Adlershof where guests will discover a diversity of shopping and entertainment venues. Mitte is 30 minutes away on public transport for which there is a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many of Berlin's top sights may be paid a visit including Gendarmenmarkt, the Hackeschen Höfe and many other cultural venues. This 5-storey hotel was opened in 2004 and comprises a total of 41 rooms of which 35 are apartments.
