The beach is 1.5km away and just 300m away is a public transport stop as well as a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. For the more sporting guest there are 2 gyms, 2 tennis courts, a multi-sport court for football, volleyball or basketball; as well as table tennis, petanque, shuffle board, minigolf, board games room and an entertainment programme during the day and evening. This resort comprises 3 hotels. The complex was renovated during 2006 and has marvellous views over the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. There are a total of 610 rooms spread over a maximum of 9 floors. Additionally the hotel offers extensive tropical gardens, entrance halls with 24hr reception and lifts in each hotel. Clients can enjoy the 3 restaurants, 7 bars, snack bar, BBQ, conference room, internet access (additional charge) and laundry service (extra charge).

All-inclusive guests must wear an identification arm-band and only use the all-inclusive service of the Interpalace Hotel. A shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz (weekdays only). From 01/11/07 clientes who has booked on half board and all inclusive may use the restaurans and bars from hotels Bonanza Palace and Canarife Palace.
