This apartment complex is located by the harbour, at the centre of the tourist area, only about 300 metres from the beach. Shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, approximately 100-300 metres away, as well as public transport connections, 100 m away, are all within easy access of the complex.The apartments and suites are comfortable and include an en suite bathroom, a combined living room/bedroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a double bed, central heating and a safe. The apartments also include a separate bedroom. The accommodation is cleaned by the complex personnel on guests' departure.

There is a pleasant lobby awaiting guests with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe and a currency exchange desk. The complex is superbly equipped with a café, a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. There is also a room and laundry service as well as a bicycle storage facility and car parking facilities (extra charge).
