This apartment complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos and is just 300 metres from the nearest beautiful sandy beach with a lively promenade. The town centre, offering plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, lies just a few minutes walk away and there is a bus stop directly in front of the complex (200 m away).The welcoming apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a spacious en suite bathroom with a bidet and a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge, a fan, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. The rooms are cleaned on departure.

Built in 1985, the complex was completely renovated in 2001. The main building has a total of 2 floors and the neighbouring building also offers 2 floors with 188 apartments in total. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area (5,000 m²), a substantial lobby with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV room, a supermarket, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. In addition, there is an Internet terminal, room service, laundry service as well as medical assistance available. Furthermore, there is a bicycle cellar, car parking facilities as well as a kids club and a children's playground available for use.
