This middle class hotel is part of a large holiday complex to which there are 5 different parts. The whole complex is in a quiet area, shadowed by oak and pinewoods. A flat shingle beach is only 300m from the hotel (sun loungers and parasols are available for an extra charge). The centre of this small town is approximately 2.5 km away and a variety of shopping and entertainment facilities are on offer here.The friendly and newly furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom including bath/shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a balcony. Further fittings include; a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a hire safe, central heating and air conditioning.

In the outdoor complex is a saltwater swimming pool with a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use as well as a pool/ snack bar. From mid-September until the end of May, a saltwater indoor pool is also available. In the immediate vicinity, handball, football and basketball courts as well as an equestrian centre are all at guests' disposal. 14 outdoor tennis courts, 2 indoor tennis courts and a tennis school are part of the extended sports facilities, as well as a wider variety of activities including table tennis, bowling, minigolf, archery and bocce. Local businesses offer a variety of water sports activities (additional charges apply), such as water-skiing, boat rental, diving and windsurfing. Additionally, the hotel is an excellently placed starting point for mountain and road bike tours. There is a seasonal entertainment programme for both adults and children (kids' club) to provide some variation.

In the course of time there are plans to extend the complex. This hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises 189 rooms spread over 4 floors of which 156 are doubles and 33 are suites. The reception hall in the main building offers a 24-hour service, a currency exchange counter and hotel safe. A café, newspaper and souvenir shop as well as a bar, a TV room, a lounge area and an air conditioned a la carte restaurant are additional facilities. For the hotel's younger guests, there is also an outdoor play area. A laundry service and bike hire as well as car parking facilities are also available to guests.
